Are you a factory or a trading company?
We operate our own 35,000㎡ manufacturing facility in Guangzhou with injection molding, blow molding, printing, and assembly lines. We're listed as a verified manufacturer on Alibaba.com. You're welcome to schedule a factory tour or video call to see our production floor.
What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard products (existing molds): 3,000 units. Custom products (new molds): 10,000 units. For first-time buyers, we can sometimes accommodate smaller trial orders — just ask. We'd rather earn your business with a small order than lose it over MOQ.
How long does production take?
Standard products in stock: ship within 7 days. Standard products not in stock: 10-15 days. Custom products (new mold): 20-30 days including mold development. Rush orders can be accommodated — lead time depends on current production schedule.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes. Standard product samples are free — you only pay shipping (usually $30-50 via DHL/FedEx). Custom samples with your logo require a small mold fee, which is refunded when you place a production order. Sample turnaround: 3-5 days for standard, 7-10 days for custom.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. For established clients with order history, we offer 30-day net terms. We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and Alibaba Trade Assurance for buyer protection.
Can I visit your factory?
Absolutely. We welcome factory visits and can arrange airport pickup from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. If you can't travel, we'll set up a live video tour of the production floor. Just let us know your preferred date and time.
